About Karobar

Karobar builds practical business software for Pakistan. We started with the problem we knew best: schools running on paper registers, WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets that never quite agree with each other.

Our first product, the School Management System, puts the entire school back office — students, attendance, exams, fees, transport, library, hostel and reports — into one system that works on any device, in any campus, priced for the Pakistani market.

We believe software should adapt to how you want to own it, not the other way around. That's why every product we build is available three ways: as an affordable hosted subscription, as a dedicated private instance, or as an outright purchase you can white-label and run on your own servers forever.

A salon management system is next, with more products to follow — all on the same secure, multi-tenant platform, all built Pakistan-first: PKR billing, local payment methods, bank-transfer invoicing, and Urdu support on the roadmap.
